Elevated emails
Mercedes-Benz retail group came to Rooster in an uncertain time, looking for solutions that would raise awareness, engagement and sales. We created a custom email template for them, which allows messages to be deployed quickly in their brand style. We worked strictly within their brand guidelines but elevated the standard of their emails to match the premium quality of their product.
Our copywriters tightened the messaging to align with the Mercedes-Benz brand more closely, enticing users to open their emails and interact. By assuming a short attention span, we crafted messages that are playful but high-end – and that cut straight to the point.
The results? Consistent open rates of around 50%, improved engagement and no unsubscribers.
Attention-grabbing animations
With subtle animated gifs, we created attention-grabbing imagery with a sense of motion. These were rendered in high quality but were lightweight enough to deploy in an email format, with short loading times.
Subtly stylish
By using a limited number of frames, we keep the quality high and the effect tasteful. The images have just the right level of impact, tailored to the messaging and the brand.
Creative campaign ideas
We developed a creative campaign for Mercedes-Benz aftercare that would give their customers quick access to information without being overbearing. Our solutions ranged from hidden stickers on the B-pillar of each car to an all-digital approach using apps and USB drives.
The message we developed was much softer and more caring than the matter-of-fact approach being used at the time, to help give aftercare services more value to customers on a personal level.
Tailor-made, targeted ads
Mercedes-Benz has a reputation for building the best vehicles for international VIPs, diplomats and delegates. Their diplomatic sales advertising was lacking impact, so Rooster was commissioned to create a series of digital ad banners for use across the web.
The ads would be targeted to key audiences, and we developed a range of messages and imagery to match user intent and progress through the buying cycle.
